How to Make a Skin Tightening Facial Treatment

Gentle skin-tightening face treatments using cucumbers are popular in many spas throughout Asia. The treatment also helps to moisturize the skin, preventing fine lines and wrinkles. In addition, cucumbers help reduce puffiness and improve complexion.

Instructions

Cut two thin slices of cucumber and place to the side.

Cut the rest of the cucumber into smaller chunks, then puree in a blender or food processor. Press the mixture through a cheesecloth, so that the juice is strained into a bowl.

Measure out 1 tbsp. of the juice, and place it into a small mixing bowl.

Sprinkle in the collagen powder slowly, and stir the ingredients together gently as you do.

Spread the skin-tightening paste over the face, massaging it into the skin gently.

Place the cucumber slices over the eyes, and relax with the skin-tightening face treatment applied, for about 20 minutes.

Use a soft towel or cloth, dampened with cool water, to gently wipe off the mask. Splash the face with cool water to get off any remaining paste.
