Instructions

Take a warm shower. It is best to use olive oil just after a warm shower, which opens up the pores and allows the oil to penetrate the skin.

Pour a small amount of olive oil into the palm. You do not need very much, just enough to lightly coat the skin.

Rub the oil into the skin in circular motion and let it soak into the skin for two to four minutes.

Rinse the oil with warm water and pat dry with a washcloth.

Repeat three to five times per week or as often as needed.
