Instructions

Rub the stretch marks with a towel to slough off a little of the top layer of skin. This is best done right after your bath or shower.
2Rub Vitamin E and sweet almond oil on your stretch marks. Both of these products are emollients; use them in conjunction with shea butter to increase its efficiency.
3Massage a generous amount of pure, unprocessed shea butter into your stretch marks. Massage the area for at least five minutes, or until the cream has completely penetrated your skin.
4Massage the oils and creams into your skin at least four times a day for a minimum of five minutes.
