Exfoliate your stretch marked body parts once a day with a body scrub. Exfoliation increases blood circulation, which reduces the appearance of stretch marks.

Massage cocoa butter into the stretch marked area in the morning and the evening each day. Cocoa butter will moisturize the area to reduce stretch marks.

Drink 8 cups of water a day. Hydrated skin is more elastic and less susceptible to stretch marks.

Maintain a healthy weight. Constant weight gain and weight loss increases stretch marks. If you must lose weight, do it slowly.
