If you cannot find PABA powder in your area, it can be ordered online through many specialty retailers. This sunscreen will keep for about two months.
Instructions

Put the tea bags in a large glass jar and pour the boiling water over them. Let the tea bags steep until the water has fully cooled.
2Remove the tea bags from the jar and dissolve the PABA powder in the tea.
3Put the beeswax in a double boiler and heat over low heat until melted. Add the sesame oil and stir gently. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
4Place the tea mixture in a blender and blend on high for about one minute. Add the other mixture and blend on high for 3 minutes.
5Add the vitamin E oil and rose essential oil while the motor is running and process for another 30 seconds.
6Pour the mixture into a clean glass bottle with pump.
