How to Give a Facial With Bananas

For centuries people have been trying to stop the effects of aging. Facial products can be bought to help prevent and diminish wrinkles, but they can be expensive. Use bananas to make your own facial product for a fraction of the cost of a store-bought facial mask.

Instructions

Peel and place the banana into a small bowl. The banana should be medium sized and ripe. Use the fork to mash the banana until it is a smooth paste. Do not mash the banana too much or you'll have an undesirable texture. If you would like to add other items to the facial, mix the cup of yogurt into the bowl once the banana is completely mashed. If you want the facial to smell good, add 2 tbsp. of honey. Mix the honey in with the other two ingredients.

Apply the banana paste directly to your your face and neck. Rub the paste into your skin gently and make sure not to miss any spots. Allow the paste to sit on your skin for 10 to 15 minutes.

Rinse the banana paste off. Make sure to use cold water. Dry by patting gently with a towel. This facial will leave your skin feeling smooth and refreshed.
